Awful Service, Poor Work!

This shop replaced my bumper. The paint job began removing about one month later. They repainted it. Then, I had to pay for the rental car (let alone the inconvenience of bringing it back and forth). I remember thinking, why did I ever come here? Oh, yes, my insurance company recommended this place. No wonder. I recommend going elsewhere!!!

Worst Service

I was very disappointed with the very poor job this collision center did on my BMW. I had to take the car to another collision center to havge all the work redone that Caliber screwed up. They did not replace several broken parts, used substandard used and aftermarket parts, and cut corners to save them and the insurance company money. I took the car here because it was recommended by the insurance company Liberty mu... view moretual. Big mistake. Take your car to a specialist for you vehicular make.
