Poor Service

Poor customer service, does not return calls in timely manner. Charged >$200.00 more than usual and customary repair charges. Kept car a week one time for minor repairs. Incomplete repairs and had to go back again for followup. Had to go back again and again for repairs. Extra charges for repairs above original estimate. A definite should stay away in my opinion, seemed like I always was put at the end of thei... view morer repair queue with no adequate explanation of way it took so long. Paid a diagnostic fee for essentially nothing and then had to repair the car anyway for extra charges and diagnostic fee was nonrefundable. I feel this place is horrible.
