I created an account just to write this review, if i could give it no stars i would. They do not know how to do proper smog checks they don`t give you the proper information before hand. There prices are high and the service is poor they made me go there 5 times. They told me the machine couldn`t send information, so i went to another smog place and they said that Los Carnales actually send me the non pass. They did ... view morenot inform me of this before i left. I received no report. Very disappointing. Its also very crowded no real place to park. And they are very impatient when working on the car. There always listening to music. Very disrespectful customer service.
