Went to this location for my first smog check. I was very nervous, as I had never done a smog check on my car before. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman, who introduced himself as George. I explained to him that I had never had a smog check done, and he was nice enough to explain to me what he would be doing and why, in great detail. I was amazed at how informative he was and how confident he was. You coul... view mored definetly tell that he knew what he was talking about. I asked him how much it would cost me, and he gave me the price for the smog check. As I waited for George to complete the smog check, another very nice older gentleman, introduced himself as Paul, came to me and asked me how I was doing and if I had any questions. When I told him that George had answered all my questions, he was nice enough to offer me an ice cold bottled water. It was pretty hot outside, so I said that I would love a water, so he rushed to get me my water and was back in a flash, ice cold bottled water in hand. I was surprised at the VIP service I had received since the moment I walked in. Within 20 minutes, George was back with my smog certificate, Congratulating me that my car had passed. I was so very pleased with the service that they provided that I kept thanking him. He was very humble and said that he was just doing his job, and that he was glad that he could make my very first smog check a very easy and quick one. I would definetly recommend this Smog location for anyone that needs a smog and who wouldn`t mind excellent customer service. I let all my family and friends know about my experience there and they will be going there for their Smog`s also. Thank you George & Paul!!!
