You couldn`t find a nicer bunch of people when purchasing the car..they go well above.....but....once you`ve closed the deal...FORGET IT !!! If you have any questions or need something... they won`t give you the time of day! ...Let alone RETURN A CALL!!! Customer Service seems to end upon purchase!

Great Dealership, very good salesman

Steve Grabow was very good, easy to work with, fair, and I highly recommend calling him and checking out the Hyundai cars, they are great cars. I did not end up buying from Ladin (for reasons having nothing to do with Ladin or Steve), but I thought Steve was a real gent and I would definately work with him in the future. If you are looking for a car, consider the Hyundai`s and drop Steve an email.
