Great Service!

As with most car breakdowns, they usually happen when you least expect them. One day, my Toyota Camry would not accelerate as before, and I knew right then it had developed a dreaded transmission problem. I called around for a good repair shop and based on a glowing recommendation from a friend of mine, I called the Canoga Park Aamco shop and setup an appointment to have the car inpected/repaired. The car wa... view mores towed in to the shop and I dropped it off in the morning. The manager was great to deal with and immediately took the car in to have the technicians begin the diagnosis process and promised to give me a detailed description of the problem with itemized list of the needed repairs and costs. He also offered to arrange a shuttle to drop me off at work, which I thought was great service. Later on, they called me at the office and we went over the problems they found in the car. They even gave me different options with the transmission repair. Once we agreed on the course of action they would take, they told me the car would be ready by the end of the next day and that they would call me again to give me another update on the car`s status. The next day, I got a call from the manager telling me that the car was done and was running great and ready to be picked up. I was happy to hear the good news and was even happier when I got the car back. The manager was kind enough to describe in detail the items that were replaced or rebuilt and what I could expect with the car over the next couple of days as the computer that controls the transmission went through it`s adjustments with the newly rebuilt transmission. But my car adjusted pretty quickly and within a short period of time, the car was running better than ever. In conclusion, my experience with the canoga park Aamco shop was pleasant, professional, and exceptional in getting my car repaired with no hassles and no problems. I would definitely recommend this shop for their great work, exceptional service, and fair prices.
