This store used to be different then the bigger chain stores. Now there worse!! You?ˆ™re lucky to get the right part the first time and if by chance a part (like a starter) breaks after a month. They will do everything to keep from accepting responsibility. They will do everything to blame your installation or your car for the damage. I spent literally thousands of dollars through out the years. But because ... view morethey wouldn?ˆ™t help me with a $35.00 starter, my business goes back to pep boys!! Years ago they were good. Not any more!! Your better off going to the big stores!! They know the value of return customers... Customer no longer
