Great service!

I was able to take advantage of both the 19.95 coupons for a smog check and an oil change. The normal added costs applied like cert & transfer fees, but overall I feel I got a great deal and service was done promptly while I relaxed in the comfortable lounge. They seemed very organized and explained everything up front. Very professional.

Coupon deal

I called this shop asking if they honor this $19.95 smog check coupon from YP, they told me they don`t honor that deal. This deal is a hoax!!!!

Great Customer Service

Action Auto has great customer service and they explain everything that they do to your car. They are honest and really understand auto repair and maintenance. I felt very comfortable waiting in their customer lounge and it was clean, what a difference than some of the other auto shops I have been to.

How many times

I brought my car in to get the alignment done. I had to bring it back 3 times and they still didn`t get it right. I had to argue with the tech showing him that my front wheels were angled in. I finally took it to another alignment shop and they fixed it on the first try. I do not recommend this place at all!!!
