Room For Improvement

This is my second review. The first one was removed. and I was blocked. It has been brought to my attention that with the economy the way it is that they are short handed and can`t get vehicels in and out. Once my vehicle was diagnosed (a week later) they were able to repair it. It was under the warantee and they had my vehicle a week before looking at it and gave me no rental car. They no longer have loaner c... view morears due to the cut backs and the economy. Will I purchase another Dodge UMMMMMMMMMMM not if they can`t service me on a timely basis. Cotton and the Service Manager went beyond the call of duty to help.
