Theif and Unprofessionalism

I had gotten my car towed there because of CHP. My boyfriend had gotten a DUI. the very next day i went to pick up my car because I did not want any more storage fees. The lady there had me sign a paper, not giving me any indicating to search my car, so I assumed the paperwork was accepting the fees. 2-3 hours later my boyfriend got released and I asked him if he had his glasses on him (spy glasses worth $150) he sai... view mored no i left them in the car. I go back to tow truck company to ask about the glasses and the owner is not there and he only has the key to the safe, they will call us when he is there. we received no calls the rest of the day. the next day we call again and still the owner is not in. Finally my boyfriend gets a call from "gary" and he states that his employee saw me take the glasses from the car. I call back and he said he didnt say that. (inconsistent) he comes at me with a defensive attitude and defends him self saying that nothing can be done because the I signed the release. I indicated my boyfriend was in jail and I was unsure if he had his glasses. he responds "then I am unsure they are there. i am not reimbursing you the glasses. you signed the release and there is nothing i can do" for a manager/owner very unprofessional and unreliable company. i doubt they did an investigation with their employees did not bother to satisfy the customer. please dont call or use this company as they are thieves and dont care about customer loya
