I needed my car worked on and called Technique Towing (same owner as Advanced) to have it towed to my mechanic. And instead of taking to where I wanted them to they towed it to their shop to be repaired. They knew where I wanted it towed. The owner blamed it on the driver but I asked some other people and a few others had the same problem.
