Terrible Service. Total Rip off like many other tire places. I went to The Location on Austin Peay... My parents referred me there to get new tires. I used their credit program... It`s terrible... They have to call and check and make sure you`re good... If I knew it would be like that I would`ve never signed up for it. I came back to get a rotation and a alignment and they gave me the run around... They told me the ... view morerotation would be free in the tire contract thingy... Mike told me my tires wore too worn and they couldn`t do it for safety reasons and all he could do is sell me new tires... I was still paying on the ones that were on the car! Why would I want to buy any more OVERPRICED tires and you give me crappy service like this? Nowhere in that booklet did it say that Safety reason bull....But i wasn`t bothered by it... So when they tried to do the alignment they give me the run around again... Saying I needed new inner and outer tie rod ends and it would cost me $200. I`m a Diesel Mechanic so I wasn`t going for that bull... I told them to just give me my car... They charged me $20 to just tell me i needed a inner and outer tie rod end. That crappy card they gave me didn`t go through because of an error on their part. I never missed any payments... So I just paid out of pocket. So When I left I replaced the tie rod end myself for less than $30. Turns out I didn`t even need the inner one.. Got an alignment somewhere else. I`ll never do business with this place again and I wouldn`t refer anyone to. Awful. Just AWFUL!

They are a rip off. I called and asked for the pricing on a front end alignment for my vehicle type and was quoted over the phone 49.95 plus tax, I felt that was a reasonable price so I went, they tell me the can not do the alignment because of other work that needed to be done. Now of coarse they could do the work for a whopping 600.00 Well I don`t have that kind of money so we went to autozone and bought the i... view moretems needed and did the work our-self for under 200.00 and in under 3hrs. We did however still need the alignment so I went back to the place seeing as how they was only going to charge me 49.95 to do it, well i get back there and i tell them i went ahead and did the other work and needed the alignment, they said ok pulled it back and did the alignment at no point in time until they were finished with my vehicle and i was checking out did they mention that the price went up by 30.00 which made it 79.95 plus tax and their reasoning for uping the price was because I went somewhere else and has the work done, wtf? so yes I was very upset to say the least but to top it off now my car drives worse than it did before i went. I would never use these people again and I will never recommend them to anyone I know..

never again will I go to a goodyear location

I recently decided to try another car maintenance center since I`ve experienced such bad treatment at Goodyear. I was referred to Raliegh Tire & got to see why they were referred with such high praise. Thanks Bob! I really appreciate the way you do business. See you next time.
