Never again. First of all we bought a car there in 2005. We had it serviced regularly. Had a tire wearing out before its time and they said we had skipped a rotation so wouldn`t honor it. Unfortunately, we were in the process of relocating and couldn`t find our records. Strike one. Said I needed a new windshield wiper but I didn`t buy it. No problem with it for a very very long time (2 years?). Strike two. We... view morent in with a headlight out. The service fellow looked up my vin number and looked at the light. Told me it would cost $138 because they had to remove my bumper. My husband didn`t believe Toyota would make such a poor design and he was right. He bought the bulb for $12 and fixed it in 5 minutes. I will have to say though that Landers did the same thing with the headlight issue. I took it to both places for a reality check.
