Did a very poor job on my car. I had to get it fixed somewhere else. Then they refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service practices. Yes this is a legitimate complaint. I am also not the only person who has had a problem with this place!

They do wonderful work for way...

They do wonderful work for wayyyy cheaper than the dealerships. I have never seen a place that responds so rapidly to any concerns that a customer may have and truly care about their relationships with their customers. I have recently had an issue with something that happened and they immediately addressed it.
