My Chevy knows mechanics by name

Tech One is my only place I will now take my vehicles. My 86 Chevy pickup has been there so many times it knows all the mechanics by name. I am trying to slowly restore the vehicle it needed alot of work. Besides Fred is very nice and courteous and never makes me feel uncomfortable.

Very friendly

They only do repairs that you authorize. Their estimates never exceed what was written down. The are very friendly. Most of all they do very good work, their prices are in line with other service departments

They make me feel like family

My father worked as a mechanic for over 40 years. When I come into Tech One I know I will be treated fairly. They make me feel like family. I know that I can trust and rely on them no matter what!! Everyone that works there is always sweet and kind. I love leaving there with my car knowing that it is running great! THANK YOU Tech One!!!

Fred was ethical and honest

I once overheard a phone conversation, Fred was trying to get a part for one of his clients. I also heard the conversation between Fred and his client. My opinion of his actions was that Fred was ethical and honest.

I never feel taken advantage of

I don`t know very much about cars, and I usually feel as though I am being sold services that are not necessary. Since bringing my van to Fred, I haven`t felt like that. This last time, the repairs actually ended up costing much less than the estimate we were given. He could have charged me the original amount I was given, and I never would have known the difference. I was amazed!

Overall better service than expected. I needed my car`s oil changed before leaving out of town and Tech 1 got my car done within a half hour I was amazed!
