If I could give a negative rating, I would!

Horrible experience from the sales and finance staff at this dealership. Do yourself a favor and stay away! The finance rep Increased my price by $2500 in finance. Stating he could lower the rate IF I purchased long term warranty and GAP coverage! Clearly states, that is not required right on the paperwork! I should have picked up on the liar and just left.... Karma sucker.... It will come back your way!

Told me to take my extended warranty service to Pep Boys, they no longer honor them.

I`ve purchased two trucks from Peoria Pontiac GMC. Recently, they told me that they no longer honor the $1200 extended warranty that they sold me on my first truck. Mr. Moore, the owner, recommended to me that I take the vehicle, which has always had service at PPGMC, to Pep Boys....where they would still honor the extended warranty because Pep Boys labor charges are within the extended warranty`s guidelines. Instead... view more of taking a smaller markup on labor to help a customer, they decided to grub all the money and send me elsewhere.

This is a dishonorable dealership. They will sell you an extended warranty, make the money, and then refuse to honor it later. In my opinion, this is the worst type of dealership - no honor. AVOID!!!!

I wish I had never purchased the second vehicle with them, however I didn`t know they were dishonorable until after the purchase. They will not get another penny of my, or my family`s money.
