MY wife took her BMW in to airpark auto clinic for a alignment after getting a coupon at the local costco.While it was there she asked them to check out her brake pads because she had heard some sqeaking,after hearing nothing back from them all day she went to pick up the car to find that the brakes had been replaced without her permission or even a phone call!The bill for this was almost 800 dollars!When she asked t... view morehe owner what was happening he stated that he had her permission.This place is a joke.I decided to contact the BBB only to find out they are not a member even though there is a sign in the window and has it stated on their website! I then called the BMW dealer to find out it would have been cheaper to get my brakes replaced there.This is the kind of place thats give autoshops a bad name

Very Trustworthy

I went to airpark auto clinic after I got an estimate from airpark auto service and was definately pleased that I went and got a second estimate. The owners Bill and Princess were very helpful in fixing my car at a reasonable cost. I highly reccommend them. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days.
