I had Groupon coupon and they did what they promised on time within two hours. It has only been two weeks but so far film on windows is holding up fine. nice waiting room though a bit small but nice sofas, coffee and large flat screen LCD TV with digital satellite with a very large number of channels; helpful since wait can be two to three hours while work is done. i was a little miffed because james did not honor... view more the promise made to me by justin that i could get a free ride home since i only live two miles away and i was the first appointment on saturday morning at eight am. james was not friendly but work was done within two hours
