This place is Bad- really BAD! I had to read between the lines when I came on this site and looked at the current reviews. I believe some of what the previous employee said about the place since I`ve now had the horrible experience firsthand. Sure- he sounds like a disgruntled employee- but what is shocking is the dealership responds saying he was a drug addict etc.. etc... Now that says a lot about that dealershi... view morep. And since my experience with them was so awful, I can only agree that they are the worst I`ve come across in years. Fortunately there are many other dealerships out there. And I bought my new car from one of them! You shot yourself in the foot Peoria Ford. It`s too bad, I`ve owned 4 Fords and today I became the proud owner of a Nissan. I never thought that would happen! And another thing to mention here. I do believe the disgruntled employee when he said that the salesmen write all these reviews. Who gives a 5 on every review? But when I was on Cars.com looking at the reviews for the Nissan dealer I noticed that Peoria Ford had tons of bad reviews- and they all reflected everything I experienced from the dealership as well. All the good reviews are FAKE!!! Go visit YELP, Google Reviews, www.dealerrater.com and www.ripoffreport.com and see how many TERRIBLE Reviews Pat HICKEY and Peoria FORD HAVE!!!! THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!!!!! 12/2/2012 If you want to deal with the WORST General Manager on the Planet Named Pat Hickey and the WORST General Sales Manager named ROB HUBLER then go see Peoria FORD. They will treat you like garbage, talk... view more down to you at the sales tower, laugh at you, crack jokes etc. Beau Norton, is the other AHOLE, want to be Sales Manager that Pat hickey has taken under his wing as the red headed Step child of managers. They will try and pound you on the front for an average of 4,000 on the Front. So always ask for INVOICE minus the rebates. Be careful though. They will try and trick you. Oh by the way the stupid Doc fee that Arizonans get ripped off on for 299 is negotiable. Just complain about it and they will take it off the price as well. Oh yeah they put that STUPID ZACTEK in the Purchase order as well. They will all say that they have to charge it but its never added to the car. Its negotiable as well. They then try and PACK the payment full of warranty`s and extra garbage. Just get back into finance and say NO to all there over priced CRAP!!! They are third party warranties called MPP. They are GARBAGE!!!!!!!! They try and average $2,000 a copy on just the BACK!!!! DO NOT LEASE A VEHICLE from them. They will POUND you on the Money factor. Hardly anybody knows about it. Its Reserve. They also have ways of hiding other fees in the Lease payments. I am just warning you guys. Go to a Big Credit union and get your own money if you can. They will say well we work with all the credit unions but I am telling you GO GET YOUR OWN CHECK from the CREDIT UNION. How do I know all this??? Well I was the TOP DOG for 3 Months in a row out of 259 finance managers for the Vantuyl Group in the entire Country!!!!!!!! I am sorry if I pounded you and your were a customer. I am just a good salesman of warranties. Needless to say I QUIT after 4 months there. The Vantuyls are Ruthless, NOn Family oriented, NUMBERS driven and they don`t give a CRAP about your family. I only gave them one star because that was the lowest they had! It should have been no stars since this dealership is the biggest rip off I have ever been to!
