I BROUGH A TIRE IN TO HAVE IT REPLACED DUE TO CLEARLY ROAD HAZARD DAMMAGE THE HAS A HUGE SCREW CLOSE TH THE SIDE WALL THAT RUINED THE TIRE. i HAD A WOMAN AND A KID CHECK IT OUT AND WITHOUT SHOWING WHILE THE AIR WAS IN THE TIRE THEY BROKE IT DOWN AND CAME OUT TO TELL ME IT WAS FROM HITTING A CURB !!!! ARE THEY CRAZY ???? A CURB ??? I PLAN ON GOING TO THE GOODYEAR AT THE AIRPORT,AND WRITING A CERTIFIED LETTER TO GREATWESTERN TO REPAIR WITHIN FIVE DAYS OR I WILL GET IT DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE AND TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR THE COST AND MY TIME. I RATE GREATWESTERN VERY LOW CLASS COMPANY THAT HAD NO PROBLEM WHEN I TOOK MY TRUCK,CARS ETC AND PAID THEM ALOT OF MONEY,BUT NOW TRYING TO GET THEM TO UPHOLD A WARRANTY AND THEY FAIL LIKE A DOLLAR STORE TIRE SERVICE.
