Worst Service Ive Ever Had

Took 2006 dodge ram truck into gilbert shop for brakes and oil change on a monday morning. They called a couple hours later and said my shocks and struts needed to be changed, I agreed since they said it should still be done by the end of the day. No call back and they closed the shop up so my truck was stuck there till tues. Called them on tues and they said they had to order bushings for the struts because they bro... view moreke them after torching my rusted bolts off. No call back after asking for a call back all tuesday also. Called them on wed. Told me they have to replace my control arms too. This is an extra 800 dollars!!! No asking if i can afford this. They kept the truck wed night also. Called customer service numerous times on wed and thurs and left messages with no return. Called the shop on thurs morning, they got the wrong control arms bolts after they torched those off also. Im still waiting for my truck 4 days later!!!! Brandon the manager there needs to be fired immediately.
