watch out for the hidden charges!!

WARNING- Watch out for these guys!! The `lifetime` brake service only covers the pads that wear out (and let`s face it- here in AZ that happens sooner than later). Funny- the 2nd `warrantied` brake job cost me exactly the same as the first brake job- they just used some creative accounting to justify gouging me for the 2nd time. Also, only AFTER my vehicle was on the lift and 1/2 of the job completed, did they tell... view more me they found hidden damage & needed more repairs. What was I going to say, other than to finish the $500+ brake job??? I left feeling that I was squeezed for every dime I had. Also, there were other customers lined up with similar complaints when I was there.
I will never visit this chain again.
