Watch out for these liars
I had a case of bad luck when I found these people online. I live in Tucson, I called up this business to rebuild my transmisson. They assured me that they had one already rebuilt and on the shelf. So I drove up there from Tucson to exchange my old transmisson for the rebuilt one. Having already paid for it before I left the night before. When I got there It was the wrong one, It wasn`t even for my car ! They told m... view moree that they go to Tucson all the time and that they would Rebuild mine and deliver it the next day. I agreed and left to go back to Tucson, This was Wednesday 10/12/11 I called on Thursday afternoon to see when it would arrive. They had a problem with the torque converter the wrong one was delivered. I said no problem that happens time to time, So I was it get it on Friday. I called them twice that morning at 9:00 & 11:30 Both times it was on it`s way. At 2:30 I called to see where it was. The delivery man just left and would be here in two hours. At 4:50 I called to see where it was after being put on hold for 20 plus minutes her said that it would be here any minute I asked him for the delivery mans phone number he wouldn`t give it to me. So I knew it wasn`t going to be delivered today. I called on monday to see what was going on he said "" they rebuilt the wrong one"" and he would have it in Tucson Monday afternoon, I asked him when his regular delivery to Tucson was. He said it would be Tuesday Mid morning. I waited again for the transmisson again a no show. I called on Wednesday morning at 9:15 to see where my transmisson was. It was going to leave there at 12:30. Knowing that it was not going to be here I asked him if it was rebuilt and there at his shop he said yes. So I told him that I would pick it up. This was 8 days and to many lies that I Would not trust this man or his shop. And after I had it installed by my mechanic It is not shifting right How long will it last? SO BEWARE OF GARO ENTERPRISES AKA TRANSPLANT TRANSMISSONS
