Since that time, we have acquired a vast inventory of parts as well as numerous sources for re-supply. Simultaneously, we have, by osmosis if nothing else, gained considerable product knowledge beyond any to be found at your local mass merchandiser or foreign parts specialist store. Our policy is to provide prompt, efficient service and to guarantee satisfaction with your purchase. Don`t look for a shopping basket ordering system, as we really prefer to speak with you on the phone or, at the very least, through e-mail. We feel we can service you on a personal level and can often prevent your purchase of the wrong parts due to mis-diagnosis. Worst Customer service experie...

Worst Customer service experience of all time. Really, it was epic. After my car not being ready when they said it was going to be done they said it was my fault for not bringing my car in earlier. IT TOOK THEM 6 DAYS!!! They were rude, disrespectful and condescending. Never once did they apologize or try to rectify the situation. For your sake and sanity, stay away.

Do not take your Volkswagon to...

Do not take your Volkswagon to be fixed. Customer service was terrible and took them 5 days to "get the parts" to fix my car. They refused to give me a rental car for the time being or to take money off my bill. Never going there again.
