I have nothing nice to say about Fletchers in Buckeye. All of the serivces I had done were done extremely poorly. For the amount of money paid for major services done a little to zero respect from management and staff made this experiences horrible. I had to have a alternator replaced and within 1 year I went thru 3...from Fletchers. I paid more money for the dealership,vehicle electrical specialists, independent... view more certified mechanics,all tell me what I knew...my part had gone out. Out of all of the non-fletcher mechancis which ran many different diagnostics on the vehicle couldn`t find anything making the part go bad. The dealership said "Fletchers" uses after market products which are refurbished. The products they use are crap. All of the major repairs should have lasted several years but didn`t make it 5 months. Should I pay for their shotty work to be corrected paying more money I don`t have?? Although some of the services are still under warrenty, I have to fight to have the vehicle fixed from their own work and services. It`s crazy. The manager and staff see me as a woman and that I don`t know what I am talking about. But when I showed then over $300 in diagnostics to prove their work and parts were crap the Buckeye manager screamed and yelled at me and told me he would fix and replace it but he never wanted to see me again. Don`t worry pal. I had to drive 40+ miles away to a different fletchers to have my warrenty part which went out from replacement #2 to have #3 put in. YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS OR LETTERS. USELESS. DO NOT USE ANY FLETCHERS!! CONTACT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC OR FORK THE MONEY OUT TO A DEALERSHIP! IF I EVER BREAK DOWN IN THE DESERT IN 130 DEGREE WEATHER, AND FLETCHERS WAS THE CLOSET THING AROUND, I WOULD LEAVE THE CAR AND WALK FOR HELP!! IF THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS TO RATE THEY WOULD GET A NEGATIVE 50 STAR RATING!!
