Flagstaff thank god for good customer service

I was taking a long trip out of state, I went in to Meineke to have a oil change done before my trip. The guy at the counter walked me to my truck to show me something. I could not believe my eyes when I saw 0ne of my front tires completely bald, and had wires hanging out of the rubber. They advised me to get new tires and for me to have an alignment check. I will be returning

Very happy

I got an oil change done for 19.95, the service was good and the people there were very friendly. Although at first I was a little taken back by the suggested repirs that they recommended, I realized that in fact all of the repairs mentioned were necessary. At first I said NO Thanks to their recommended services, a few months went by and I was having some car issues. I went to another shop and they told me the same t... view morehing Meineke told me, except the repairs were double the amount as what Meineke had given me. I went back to meineke and asked them to do the work, after visiting their location a few times, I am very comfortable and now consider myself a loyal customer. I am still very happy with the staff and am very happy with my services.
