I used to work for these guys. Ill tell you its 100% bs. Ive seen it all with them. improper installs billed insurance but never replaced the window they train their guys by shooting a windshield with a bb gun and having them fix it behind the shop. If you value your vehicle and time call the insurance company yourself. these guys will tell you anything to get a sale and will not uphold any promises of free car washe... view mores or whatever iif you go through them. I had a customers window break during repair and they just dodged the phone calls of the customer instead of taking responsibility for their employee... and for anyone working for them Get the hell out of there. When i quit the company closed a week later and everyone was fired and nobody got payed

Had a car wash done, and one of their employees approached me and said that he could fix that chip in my windshield. It had just happened that day, so I wanted to get it fixed right away so it wouldnt crack and spread. I asked if he could stop it from spreading, he said yes and then told me the process. So he told me a price, and we agreed. Four days later I have a 14 inch crack across my windshield. Ive been trying ... view moreto get it resolved with this company now for over a week. Keep getting the run around. No call backs. Everytime I call, I get told, " well let me talk to the owner, and ill get back to you". Terrible business. wouldnt recomend them to anyone.

Qucik Service at the Car Wash - INSURANCE PAID!

SOUTHWEST GLASS ROCKS

I went to the car wash with a cracked window. These guys replaced my window and it went through my insurance. It was very fast. And the girls were very friendly. I am very happy I don`t have to see that CRACK again! Happy Holiday!

Rock in the window!! No Problem for SOUTHWEST AUTO GLASS

I was travelling through town and I took a rock in the windshield near my hotel in Chandler. I called Southwest Auto Glass and I had a new windshield installed. Best thing was, they brought it to me with in an hour and had it installed with out any problems or issues. All they needed was my insurance information and I was all set. Thanks James for the excellent service.
