I have been to the parts dept several times, no occasion to go to service. The parts people have always been excellent. On my first visit nearly 3 years ago, I needed some trim to match. They made the extra effort to go through inventory to find what I needed and it was only a few dollar sale. They have provided good service every time I visit. Poor

Two months to complete some items. I had to visit them after one month to find out how they where doing and call them after another month to find out the status of my fifth wheel trailer. They never called once to inform me of problems or to tell me it was ready. They could not find a leak I had in a slide out or replace wheel covers. They stated the slide that was sticking was adjusted and was working better and ... view moredidn`t know what more to do. The only thing completed item was installing the two new battery boxes. Upon arriving at the service dept. it took them over a half hour to find the service order, the batteries where flat and I was unable to hook up with out a jump that no one wanted to do as they were all on lunch break by now. I examined the sticking slideout they worked on and seen the bottom half on front and rear or it about an inch or two away from the seals ( don;t know if they are fully closed or a problem) Service worker asked the repair tech , Chris, about them and he responded by saying (in front of me) I must have left them partially open tell him to blank OFF if he don;t like it and walked away. I am findally home from the two mile trip to pick up my fifth wheel trailer one and one half hours later and $495.00 poorer. I have pluggedd in to my house power hoping the batteries will charge so I can un hook and use my truck for other things.. What a wonderful experience. Dillan`s RV center on Main st Mesa is a service center I will never use again and lets all spread the word.
