Murphy`s Auto was refered to me by another shop because of their professionalism,so I took a chance. The shop "could have" told me all kinds of things were wrong because the problem was electrical but they didn`t. A simple battery cable was replaced & done,mind you the tow company,not there`s,charged me $100 dollars just for a 10 mile tow. Murphy`s did not even charge me for the part,after paying for th... view moree services my battery was dead,"not their fault,it was sitting in -10 degree weather",within seconds a tech came out & got my car running,then my tire was low so I asked AGAIN for some help. Overly helpfull,no "attitude"& mind you this was at closing time for the shop. My car is fixed & I am not a hot female,37 yr. old man that is very happy with this company,....."I`ll be back!"
