Honest & Caring

I was AMAZED that there are still folks like this performing services out there! From the first contact, I got the feeling that I would be treated as an individual instead of just as another job! I was told it would take 5-9 business days to repair my Jeep, yet it took less then 3 days! All contact was made directly through Herbie (YES!! Owners still DO answer/return calls!) and he seemed genuinely concerned for ME a... view mores a person, not just a checkbook! He even told me he was concerned for my safety when he called me, as he knew I was driving a van with summer tires in February! Not only was I exceptionally pleased with the work requested, but he went above & beyond, fixing issues that were not caused by the accident at no additional charge. I HIGHLY recommend him & his services and although I hope I never HAVE to utilize his company again, I will NOT ever use another company for body work!!
