CPR (Owner... Bill) is just a great place to go. They will not "sugar coat" your problem and you can call them anytime there open to ask a question and they are glad to help you out.

Stay away from this place. These guys are the stereotypical &quot;take advantage of a Woman, make repairs you don?ˆ™t need to empty your wallet&quot; type people. While I was deployed to Afghanistan, my wife took my truck to them to get the &quot;Heater Core&quot; replaced. They actually installed a &quot;Block Heater,&quot; a price difference of $680. My guy may have thought she said Heater Cord.&quot; HEATER CORD, REALLY? That isn?ˆ™t even a real thing. Any good shop should know the difference between a block heater and a heater core, and with the large price difference between the two jobs they should have made sure what was needed. Bill only wanted to credit $81 to the actual job that we needed done after he just did $195 of work that we did not ask for. It also cost us $227.33 to replace the battery. That seems a little high to me. Go to BIG O!
