Does not return phone calls to start, I ordered a remote starter a month ago and I couldn`t get him to tell me when he would like to install it. After I finally did get in touch with him, we made an appointment and I was very specific that if he wasn`t going to be there to call me so I wouldn`t have to leave work and ask someone else to as well. I went today after we talked about the importance of this appointment ... view moreand he stood me up.His voice mail is full, so you can`t leave a message to ask when he plans on being open. If it weren`t for the fact that he is the only game in town, he wouldn`t be in business any more. The worst business practices you could possibly ask for.
