Mountain View Car Wash was built in 1965 and was expanded several times in the late 60`s and early 70`s. The business is family owned and operated. The owners have always worked hard to provide a clean, quality facility with the latest features & equipment, and they work hard to continue that tradition today.

I had my car fixed by these guys about a year ago. I took it in to the dealer to have some noise checked out and was asked who did the work on my car. They said the pieces where used. And looked like most of it was just thrown together. I realized a month after that my bumper seemed to be falling off. Here it was held by a drilled hole screw and bolt. The bolt fell off.

I was recently involved in an accident and contacted USAA for help. Alaska Custom Refinishing was on their list as the closest place and I had already heard good things about them so I didn?ˆ™t have a problem entrusting them with my Dodge Ram. There was extensive damage to the entire driver?ˆ™s side of my vehicle from wheel well to wheel well. ACR was up front with me in telling me that this could take anywhere fr... view moreom 3 to 5 weeks depending on parts and availability. Considering the amount work, that was fine with me. Once a week I would call in for updates and they were always very hospitable and detailed on what is currently taking place and what will happen next. Just over a month and my truck was complete. During inspection I was pleasantly surprised at the artist ability and care these folks put into my vehicle. To me it looked even better than before the accident. After I started driving it, I noticed the alignment was slightly off, but after one phone call, they put me in touch with the mechanic shop that did alignments and they got me right in and made the adjustments. In addition, I had an unrelated request to have the hitch I purchased from AK Custom Truck to be mounted with my custom roll pan. Since there is no current way to mount a class 4 hitch with a roll pan for a Dodge 3500, they were able to custom fit the hitch underneath my roll pan using thick rectangular brackets and without hesitation, offered to do this between other scheduled jobs and within one week after my truck was complete. Thank you so much ACR, you definitely set the bar when it comes to custom refinishing!

The front driver side was hit ...

The front driver side was hit in a Accident and I took it to these guys to fix it. Considering the amount I paid and the time I waited I thought they would do a good job. After the work not even a month later the bumper shifted and the light went out of alignment. I took it in to the dealership to have it looked over and was told the parts that were used in the repair were broken and used and that the work looked ho... view morerrible. It seemed to me like all they were interested in was the money from the insurance company and not putting my car back to normal. Do not use them!

They are the worst mechanics I...

They are the worst mechanics I have every dealt with. They are slow and can`t get a simple job done in a reasonable time. They are rude and utterly unprofessional. I wouldn`t recommend this place to a blind man. They need to go out of business. If you want your car repaired in a timely manner go elsewhere!
