The customer service was great initially, however, after having the diagnostic completed... I was told the same thing they told me before they did the work-only they charged me for it the second time... over $140! Not to mention, they didn`t actually diagnose the noise I told them to. So they took it back to the bay and suggested it have a engine flush done....they told me it should fix the problem but there was n... view moreo guarantee and that I will have to sign a waiver saying I understood this. Of course this cost over $400. So to make a long story short... Only go to Midas for oil changes, if you want any actual auto repair work done... DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

They replaced a catalytic converter unnecessarily and charged more that $300/hour for their "service".

WONDERFUL customer service! Very friendly. They get you in and out and do an awesome job on top of it! The management there rocks and highly recommend them! They work with your schedule and will do what ever they can do fit you in when it`s convin. for YOU. Go to them if you need service done!! They always go above and beyond!
