Horrible Service/Rip offs

I have a Land Rover that I had serviced there. This company will rip u off any way they can. Over 300 in labor for replacing a Air intake sensor. 1000 bucks to recalibrate suspension. I can go on and on. Thanks God I don`t go there Anymore. Id be broke. I live in the valley so time is everything. I took my 3 children to anchorage to get the vehicle serviced. They told me it would be done at noon. I waited in the p... view morearking lot from noon to past 5pm. I was pissed. No courtesy call to say it would take longer. They saw me outside waiting for 5 hours and never Thought to call and say it wasn`t going to be done at noon. Absolute worse service ever.also every time i took my vehicle there something else ends up breaking every time after i get the vehicle back. They broke my cup holder and tried to say it was like that. They never fixed it.No apology. No discount. They will just plain rip u off and set u up to spend more later. Wallace is a liar and will up charge u any way he can. I tell everybody who`s got land rover and Range rover to Stay far away
