HORRIBLE!!!!!!

HORIBBLE! I took my car in becuase it was over heating and asked them to put a part in.... they told me that it would be done the day i brought it in and would only take an hour. When i got there, the mechanic that was there didn`t speak any english and said that no one else would be there. So i left my car there over the weekend until wednesday of the next week. I picked up my car, payed the money and on my way home... view more, my car over heated and i blew my head gaskets. I immediately called Beltran back. I again got a man who didn`t speak any English. I asked several times to speak with someone who spoke English. Finally I got someone who spoke english and he asked to put me on hold and hung up on me. So I called back but the man said, " NO speak english, NO ONE here speaks english!" and he hung up on me. I waited a few more days and called back and spoke with "Dave". I explained to him that my car wasn`t working still. He responded, " oh thats weird. Its not working??? It was working when it was here. Thats so weird." Again, i explained that my issue had not been resolved. I would never bring my car back here! I had HORRIBLE experience and paid money for no results. Now some of my dash lights don`t work. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I wouldn`t even give them one star but i had to in order to post this review.
