Their mission statement (see below) is a total lie. They have the worst customer service that I`ve ever seen. I had them install a CompuStar remote start in my wife`s car. When a Passive mode didn`t work as it supposed to they told me it is "because of an automatic transmission". This is a dumbest excuse I`ve ever heard of. I called the manufacturer myself and was told that it is supposed to work as I described. They... view more still refused to fix it. I have another car that need a remote start and windows tinting but I won`t be going there for sure. I urge you to avoid this place by all means!
