WAY OVER PRICED, FOR VERY CRAP...

WAY OVER PRICED, FOR VERY CRAPPY SERVICE. I took my car to this place to get a new shifter installed about a month ago, and they charged me $300, after I was initially quoted on $76. three weeks after this was done the shifter wouldn`t shift into reverse without me jamming into reverse! I took it back to them and they charged me to work on it, even though they admitted it was them who screwed it up in thew first plac... view moree!!! So come today I go to fill up my tank and POP the shifter snaps in the middle of Chevron!!! Luckily i knew just enough about how it worked to just stick my hand in there and fix it. The customer service is bad aslo. When I came in there the manager Jeff talks to you as if your lesser than a customer, but as I was paying "the first time" some guy who brought a Lambo to the shop was greated like he was Jesus!!! Since I`ve been dealing with cars and living in Birmingham, I must say this is the worst place I`ve dealt with. Save yourself some money and some head ache and go to a different place! If your willing to drive to 2nd Ave S, then you can very easily drive a few block in almost any direction and get better service. TRUST ME
