too busy for me

I`m not sure what kind of work they do because I can`t even get the owner to give me a quote. I have been trying to get a quote on my convertible top for 2 weeks now. He apparently is too busy and can`t handle it. I wouldn`t mind if he had just been straight forward and said I am just absolutely too busy for new work, but he kept saying he would return my call and he was working on it and NEVER followed up. VERY ... view moreUNPROFESSIONAL! And once he even had the nerve to say he might have time if the phone would stop ringing, and hello, I`m the one that just rang the phone. Not impressed at all, even if he does EVER call, I would not use him. I would be scared to see how long it would actually take him to fix a car. LOL
