Its one thing that the Nissan Dealership does very well and that is lie. I had a horrible experience .

Good Job!

Purchased a new Altima here. Since i have been back for service. All went better than I ever expected. When I picked up my car after being serviced they had washed it and vacuumed it out for me at no charge.

Cannot fix car - now won`t even try

Took car in for the check engine light being on. Approximately $1,800 later the check engine light is still on. I will be honest and say that they have done work for free. However the point is that I have paid all of that money and the light is still on. The car is not running smoothly so there is definitely a reason the light is on. After contacting Nissan I was told that the matter is between the dealership an... view mored myself and that the dealership has requested that I take the car somewhere else to be fixed. What? They`re saying it can be fixed but I have to pay someone else to fix it? Since I`ve paid them so much money already why don`t they just fix it? I have lost all faith in not only Chris Myers Nissan but the Nissan Company itself. Very poor service. Their attitude was very nice in the beginning (while I was paying) but it certainly changed when they did the free work. They weren`t so nice and kept reminding me they were doing the work for free. I just kept thinking to myself that I paid money for them to do work that didn`t solve the problem. I told them I would be glad to pay for the work that solved the problem if I could get my money back for the work that didn`t. Anyway, I now have a car that is not running properly, the check engine light is on, I`ve paid +/- $1800, and Chris Myer Nissan has said that they can choose their customers and I`m not wanted as one. That is what the Nissan rep told me the General Manager told her. They may be great for oil changes and such but I certainly wouldn`t trust them with anything else.
