I called Kia of Columbus on box road and asked for help with my vehicle I went there and they looked at my vehicle and sent me to Kia of Columbus on Whittlesey rd, there I waited over an hour for assistance and when I was finally helped the woman told me that it was 30 minutes til closing and no one was available to assist me. I was so upset I had called both locations earlier that day and they both said I did not ne... view moreed an appointment. It was the worse service I had ever received, I drove to south lake over an hour away and it was a simple 15 minute fix.
