DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service! I called on a Monday or Tuesday for a Saturday appointment. I brought my car in about 45 minutes early from the appointment time to drop it off. They informed me that my appointment time in the computer was for 3 hours after the time I had actually made the appointment for. Then they decided to tell me that they didn`t have ti... view moreme to take anymore alignments for the day. Seriously?! That`s why I made an appointment. I wasn`t just a walk in. The guy said there was nothing he could do and walked away. I was extremely upset. I left pep boys and called Epperly Tire in Bradely Park. They said they could take me right away and had awesome customer service. Go to Epperly Tire instead!
