Great place

I hate buying vehicles, but this is a great place to do business with. I finally got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The staff was great and made it pretty simple.

This is a very bad place i used to work there and they ripped people off they give phoney credit scores just ot make your payment higher and they would degrade you trade in value and most salesmen there are very annoying they will call you NON-STOP and they also will rip you off do not give bussiness to these peope

I purchased a used car from this dealership. About 3 weeks later I noticed the Clear coat peeling. I took it back and they repaired it. A few weeks later I noticed another spot. I also noticed a paint run. the car has obviously been repainted. Eric Bowman - General Manager of the dealership was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. He told me &quot;90% of their used car inventory had paint wo... view morerk and I should have noticed that before I bought it&quot; What a jerk. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUSAN SCHEIN. They are not a reputable dealer. I dont know of a reputable dealer that would sell a car that had paint work without revealing it. None of the delerships I have dealt with in the Birmingham area in the past would sell this kind of sub-par vehicle. Now, I have a car that has been repainted and isnt worth anything as a trade. I was taken on this deal.
