I was referred to Rocky`s by my insurance company, Progressive, who also happens to have an office in their shop. I agreed to have the minor auto body repair done on my vehicle. As soon as I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a very loud, high-pitched whistling sound that I had never heard before, not even after the car accident. It has since been in their possession 3 separate times. They cannot figure ... view moreout where the noise is coming from. They also NEVER called me back when they promised they would. I had to continuously call them to try to get an update on my vehicle. I am so disappointed in both Progressive and Rocky`s Collision. They now tell me I just need to come and pick up my broken vehicle and they are unable to help me. So, they broke my car and cannot fix it. STAY AWAY!!! I will tell everyone I know not to go there for body work on their vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Wonderful experience in a not so wonderful time.

Recently my teenage son had an accident and I found myself in need of an auto body shop. I must add that it was not his fault or he may never speak to me again.
