After reading the last review I would have to disagree completely! I had my vehicle to every shop in town for a running issue, even the ones that were mentioned in the last review, no one in town could figure it out and I had decided to just live with it. I just so happened to bump into the "card carrying idiot/ escape artist" at a convenience store. He had heard me pull in and approached me with a... view more business card handy and I informed him of the problem iv`e been having and he told me to drop in when I had time. I stopped in the next morning and dropped the car off with my contact information and within the hour I had a phone call from the service manager stating that they had found the problem and that the part would be in by 10 am the following morning. The next day BEFORE 10 am I had a phone call informing me that the part had arrived early and that the car was ready to go. When I arrived that afternoon to pick the car up I saw that the service manager was actually working on a vehicle, of all the places iv`e been to, I have never seen a service manager actually working on the vehicles. They are usually found sitting down behind a desk, not actually working. I give the shop props because they did what no other shop was able to do in this town...fix my car! Not to mention it is one of the cleanest shops I`ve been in and the atmosphere/vibe Is down right awesome and friendly. I will have them do all my work from now on.

I brought my 2004 Volkswagen Passat to Bruce in the service department and he did an excellent job fixing my vehicle. Also, after three years I was able to call him back up and he remembered who I was and provided me service records from the work we did. I would highly recommend anybody having problems with their Volkswagen in the Enterprise area to go see Bruce at German Motor works.
