Great place. We were on a travel through to Orlando, Fl. when we found a nail stuck in the tire. Stop by the place, they took the car in, did not even take long enough to check my emails on their free Wifi, and we were on the road again. All for free. Fantastic experience, wish we had such place here in Orlando. Thanks guys!

Awesome Customer Service

Scott Stevens Tire and Service have truly built a trustworthy reputation. On March 20th, my mother?ˆ™s birthday, I had a very bad experience with Midland City?ˆ™s Dixieland Dental Clinic. My mother, who has both legs amputated, was told that if I did not come to pick her up from Dixieland Dental within the fifteen minutes that I promised, they (Dixieland were not obligated to stay and wait until I returned). I was at Sc... view moreott Stevens at that time trying to get my car tires repaired so my mother and I could make it safely back home to Atlanta. Scott Stevens, his son, and the employees working on my car made it their business to help speed up the process of me getting there on time because they overheard me talking to Dixie Dental on the phone. I was very upset because I thought that my mother was about to be waiting outside the clinic all alone. The traffic was very bad because of the construction on highway 231 and the odds of me getting there in fifteen minutes were not good at all. Scott Steven?ˆ™s son told me that I could come back once I picked up my mother and they would be happy to complete the job they started. They all were compassionate for me seeing that I was in a horrible dilemma. I am so very thankful that Scott Stevens and his highly organized and friendly staff help me even when I returned close to closing time. I ended up needing an additional tire; they replace two tires and only charged me for one. They also did not charge me for the extra time it took getting that tire off. They also balanced each tire and did not charge me anything extra. I paid $25 for all that work. I thank the good Lord for Scott Stevens Tire and Service in Dothan Alabama!!! The entire time that I spent there was a great experience. They had a big screened TV to watch while you waited, lots of professional football memorabilia to look at, books to read, and even nice seating outside if you wanted to take in some sunshine. A lady came outside while I was waiting, said ?ˆ?these people (Scott Stevens Tire Service), are really nice people and they?ˆ™ve been doing work on my car for quite awhile?ˆ?. She also told me that their prices are very reasonable. All of the staff, especially Scott Stevens and his son, was moving about with such sense of urgency. People kept coming and nobody was waiting a long time for their car to be completed. They even drive your car afterward to make sure all is well. Thank you Scott and your son! Thank you for being so nice to me and my mother. I honestly can say that I?ˆ™ve never had service this great. Great Customer Service

Scott Stevens Tires is the only place in Dothan that I will have tire work done. He has been fare with me and has taken care of my family and I. I have brought 3 or 4 sets of tires from him and I have sent both of my daughters to him who brought tires. Just this week I had a flat tire and went in to get it fixed and two days later the tire leaked down again. Both times they have fixed them and not charged me a di... view moreme. The only place in town and as far as I know the only place in the state of Alabama that you can get this great service. God has blessed this place and I pray that he keeps on.
