I had my 2007 Tundra serviced ...

I had my 2007 Tundra serviced and the staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I thought I needed back brakes, but they told me only the front, I like that to not be sold something I don`t need. Recommend highly and they are now my only brake, oil and general service center. If they can`t do it they will recommend a trusted shop they know and work with.

Beware!

I took my vehicle in to have a brake inspection done. My vehicle had just over 30K miles. I was told by TArnold that my pads were down to metal and that my rotors were warped and that Hyundai made the rotors to not be machineable or turnable, so I also needed new rotors. I have the estimate which states, "Recommended front brakes pads, brake hardware, caliper slide repair, and remove and replace front rotor 285.... view more00 + tax." I couldn`t believe that 30K brakes would be in such horrible condition. I contacted Bentley Hyundai and they inspected my brakes. Not only did I NOT need rotors. I also did NOT need brake pads. I still had 40% left on my pads, and my rotors were in excellent condition. Brakes for Less is a RIPOFF! You have been warned! Chris Ahrenberg

disappointed

I saw and advertisement on television for brakes as low as 68.99. With labor costing 55.00 an hour and brakes around 14.00 a set, I thought this was a good deal. I only needed a pair on the front, but I watched my car sit in the stall for an hour and a half after workers took the old brakes off and then started working on other vehicals and they had the nerve to charge me for 2 hours labor plus the cost of the brak... view morees. I didn`t want to cause any problems so I paid the ridiculous fee and vowed to tell everyone I knew about the travesty. It does not take two hours to put front disc brakes on. I felt I was taken advantage of because I am a woman, and a minority. So ladies beware!
