bad customer service

After I had looked at their cars a couple of times I found one I liked and I wanted to test drive it. I was told they did not allow anyone to test drive unless they were ready to buy. I did not want to commit to buying a car without driving it first, especially since some of the ones I cranked were smoking. It was like they wanted to get rid of it before a problem was discovered.
