Poor Service

McGriff Has always stayed open until 5pm. Unaware that they had started closing early because of the lack of business I arrived at McGriff at 4:45needing a steer tire for an 18 wheeler. There were still people at the shop, to include the shop manager, but told me they were closed. If I needed a tire I would have to call their after hours service truck and pay the after hours fee. Normally $50 extra. I couldn`t be... view moreleave they wouldn`t wave the fee since there were still people at the shop. Needless to say, I didn`t buy the tire from them. Over the past year I have purchased 10 new big truck tires from this place and spent at least $4000 with this shop. Now they will have 1 less customer.
