I cannot say enough good things about Eastern Shore Glass Company, Inc.. If every company would treat their customers like they do the world of commerce would be a better place. They replaced 15+ window panes in my house and their service man was always courteous, friendly, polite, knowledgable, tidy and prompt. He was fantastic. In a day and age where too many companies are all about the numbers it is a breath of fresh air to know you can count on a company to do the right thing and not take advantage of you. I am in the process of selling said house and have since moved out of state. My realtor wanted to use another company to fix "broken" hardware on two windows. The quote was silly. I insisted on using Eastern Shore Glass Company, Inc because of the service I received in the past. They informed me the hardware was not broken but needed an adjustment. They not only adjusted the two windows in question but every window in the house and only charged me $60 for a service call!!! The other company wanted that much per window plus a service call fee. I would strongly recommend Eastern Shore Glass Company, Inc. to everyone!
